Our Canine Crew

Named for Rittle Knob, one of the highest peaks that can been seen in the distance from SCF, Rittle joins the pack with some big paws to fill now that Yosef is enjoying retirement! Rittle has a sweet, friendly disposition that we love along with just the right amount of textbook Berner aloofness to always let us know when there is a new person at our gate. Big, beautiful and with perfect markings, Rittle loves to hike and generally goof off in any way possible, especially with Hazel and Liezl that can match his level of goofy!

Rittle's sire is from one of the most renowned Bernese breeders of Russia. He comes from a long line of champions where health and longevity have been prioritized. This includes multiple generations of excellent genetics and orthopedics. Rittle has also successfully completed all applicable genetic and orthopedic testing.

Rittle is progressing through his training and has achieved:
